This is a retail development next to Morrison's where we are delighted to be working with a local developer who is building the shell for us. Planning decision is due by the 30th September 2018 with practical completion due for September 2019.

We were delighted to be able to work closely with a local developer and East Lindsey Council who were both committed and supportive to what turned out to be a long drawn out planning application. We are due to start on site end of October 2019. The freehold of this site is 0.8 of an acre and was acquired by The Adil Group.

KFC Drive Thru at Daventry. New Retail Park which will become the main retail destination in the town. Having built up a great relationship over the years with Henry Boot, we have agreed to have a DT on the above retail park which is going to be called Oaks Retail Park. Completion for this site is scheduled for 2020.
