We have just completed our first transaction acting for the Adil Group – the acquisition of Crompton Retail Park, Doncaster from Canal & River Trust for circa £6m. I can confirm that the we have sold to the Adil Group and they performed to every expectation. Our client (Gallagher Group) was very specific to timescale and deliverability to which Raja and his team performed. They are able to turn around buy side opportunities very swiftly and have demonstrated they are serious investors in the sector. We have no hesitation to deal with him again.
