Despite super strong interest it was a pleasure to sell the freehold building on Frith Street, Soho to Raja Adil – The Adil Group CEO who efficiently performed to get the deal done, in a very short timescale and with no complications.

We were delighted to sell The Pelham Centre, Lincoln to The Adil Group on behalf of our private investor client.
