Frank Belshaw Building Surveyors have been designing KFC Restaurants for 38 years, we were first introduced to the Adil Group in 2004, after they purchased several existing units from a former franchisee. This gave Raja Adil the opportunity to expand within the existing trade zones, and expand they did, at a rapid pace, purchasing additional units from franchisees in Yorkshire and on the Fylde coast. Raja’s approach to business was, and still is, very refreshing. We know that almost all of his projects come to fruition, being driven by his dynamism, and infectious optimism. We know that as he builds his business, we can rely on his loyalty and support, which gives us confidence to drive our own business forwards in the future.
