I had the pleasure of working with the Adil Group on their proposed acquisition of a £50m+ business. Raja and his team were very professional and pragmatic in their approach, which was extremely important in overcoming some of the hurdles faced in a challenging M&A auction process.

Ultimately, despite having spent a lot of time and resources, the Adil Group made the appropriate decision to decline the opportunity to complete the deal as we both agreed that the terms were not favourable following the diligence performed.

Frank Belshaw Building Surveyors have been designing KFC Restaurants for 38 years, we were first introduced to the Adil Group in 2004, after they purchased several existing units from a  former franchisee.
