We have just completed our first transaction acting for the Adil Group – the acquisition of Crompton Retail Park, Doncaster from Canal & River Trust for circa £6m. Raja, Stephen and the wider team have been a pleasure to deal with: they listened to advice and were commercially minded, straightforward and pragmatic in quickly reaching decisions. They are obviously highly experienced in property matters and, whilst busy, always very happy to take a call, discuss a point and agree a way forward. Above all else, they have a good sense of humour and we had some laughs whilst getting the deal done within the agreed timeframe. I look forward to working with them further in the future.
