Burger King runs through our veins. Our Chairman, Mohammed Adil, started his business career as a Wimpy Franchisee who had the foresight to see that counter-service restaurants were the way forward with customers having less time in their daily lives and wanting to purchase food on the go.
All our Wimpy restaurants were converted into Burger King's in 1989. We continue to develop the Burger King brand and have a number of new sites which will be opening over the next few years. Our Burger King estate comprises of both high street and Drive-Thru stores.
