Growth and diversification is who we are

With over 175 Restaurants and Coffee shops nationwide, together with our Hotel and Property portfolio, we continue to grow from strength to strength and remain enthusiastic for future opportunities both with existing and new brands.

Our Restaurants & Coffee Shops

We feel privileged to work with world-class brands, such as KFC, Burger King, Taco Bell and Costa and respect their key values and brand standards. Our portfolio currently comprises of over 75 KFC’s, 16 Burger King’s, over 50 Costa stores and 29 Taco Bells.

We have a strong pipeline of new stores scheduled to open over the next few years.

Hotels

We diversified further into hospitality by opening our first four star boutique Hotel in the heart of Maida Vale, London in 2009.

The Maitrise Hotel has enabled us to utilise our combined experience acquired over the years in hospitality and property. What makes us different from most hoteliers is that we have taken our model one step further whereby, we own, build and operate our hotel.

Our Gyms

Fitness and wellbeing 24 hours a day.

We have partnered with Anytime Fitness and opened our first gym in July 2018. Watch this space for further openings

Property Investment & Development

Since the inception of The Adil Group, we have continued to invest in Property. We currently own a large nationwide commercial and residential portfolio, including Shops, Leisure and Retail Parks and Hotels.

We are passionate about property and are constantly evaluating new acquisitions. Being long-term holders of property, we look to invest where we can add value by either carrying out additional development, better estate management or re-gear opportunities.
