The Adil Group’s property portfolio is privately owned through a variety of stand-alone limited companies as well as personal acquisitions by The Adil Family.
Since 1969, The Adil Group has steadily continued to build an impressive property portfolio which comprises of a variety of residential and commercial properties, situated throughout the UK. The Adil Group is a long-term investor / holder / developer of property and we frequently purchase properties in off-market transactions where we are able to complete a purchase promptly. As we are cash-purchasers, this enables us to make decisions fast with Lawyers instructed instantly.
We frequently undertake various aspects of construction, re-development and refurbishment opportunities and specialise in creating value, whether that be through long-term active management or alternatively, realising a planning gain.
The Adil Group is continually investing in property and we are looking to purchase properties that have potential for increased income and higher yields. We are looking to expand the property portfolio and remain focused on working on new purchases.

The Adil Group’s commercial property portfolio is Nationwide and comprises of the following:
Hotels – We own four hotels which trade as Maitrise Hotels Ltd, situated at Kilburn, Edgware Road, Ealing, Wembley, London. Each of these properties were acquired and developed by The Adil Group to form Hotels.
Stand-alone commercial retail investments – This portfolio is Nationwide and each of these properties are let on FRI leases to a broad selection of tenants.
The Adil Group has a strategy of our property companies owning the freehold asset which are then leased to our operating company.

We own a large Residential property portfolio situated throughout the UK which comprise of studios, flats, houses. The majority of the residential portfolio is owned in North West and Central London. These properties are let and managed by our in-house team whom have many years of management experience and are also responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the portfolio.
We regularly purchase properties that lend themselves for development and more recently, have been acquiring properties with permitted development rights for conversion into residential use.
