Lion Heart Gyms was set up by The Adil Group in 2018.
After careful research, we identified fitness and wellbeing as a growing market and could see that it was an increasing priority for people to stay fit and healthy. Unlike in the past, the decision to join a gym is heavily influenced on convenience as exercise needs to fit into people’s busy lifestyles. We therefore wanted to partner with a World Class Brand and selected Anytime Fitness who have a proven gym concept with 4000 clubs world-wide.

Our first gym opened in July 2018 and is situated next to our Maitrise Hotel Maida Vale. Anytime Fitness Kilburn benefits from the following facilities:
