We diversified further into hospitality by opening our first four star boutique Hotel in the heart of Maida Vale, London in 2009. The Maitrise Hotel has enabled us to utilise our combined experience acquired over the years in hospitality and property.

Maitrise Hotels is The Adil Group’s own boutique hotel brand, with locations in Kilburn, Edgware Road, Ealing, and Wembley.

Fitness and wellbeing 24 hours a day. We have partnered with Anytime Fitness and opened our first gym in July 2018. Watch this space for further openings

Property Investment & Development

Since the inception of The Adil Group, we have continued to invest in Property. We currently own a large nationwide commercial and residential portfolio, including High Street Units, Offices, Leisure and Retail Parks and Hotels.

We are passionate about property and are constantly evaluating new acquisitions. Being long-term holders of property, we look to invest in value add projects either carrying out additional development opportunities or estate management and re-gear opportunities.
